The Kindness Couch app for iPhone and iPad

Moving beyond relaxation alone our meditations facilitate a connection to body, mind and souls as well as strengthen ones self-compassion and gentle healing.

The app includes three offerings:
- Freebie Central, including some simple yet impactful resources, including a taste of the Meditation Membership
- A Meditation Membership.
- A full Life Coaching Program based on self-compassion as a foundation.

Our Meditation Membership 5 new 15 minute meditations every week, a collection of previous meditations, as well as a weekly mindful and self-compassion lifestyle activity to support the integration of mindfulness and self-compassion into every day life. This offering is specifically tailored to the busy person who wants a little more from life.

The Project Me program is a full 6 week Life Coaching Course based on self-compassion and connection to self principles. This offering is one of service, this full Life Coaching program will give you the opportunity to explore your life, connect to yourself, become more compassionate with yourself and plan and implement a rewarding future.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS

The download of The Kindness Couch is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use The Kindness Couch app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
